Vision and Mission

Vision

To ensure the comprehensive development of Puthuppally Grama Panchayat by securing the full cooperation of the Government of Kerala, the Local Self Government Department, and institutions at the District, Block, and Grama Panchayat levels. The Panchayat shall effectively implement social welfare, sanitation, healthcare, education, and development programmes proposed by the public and approved by the elected governing body.

The Panchayat shall deliver citizen services as specified in the Citizen's Charter, implement non-biodegradable waste management initiatives, soil and water conservation programmes, and various Government schemes in a transparent, systematic, recommendation-free, and time-bound manner through the active participation of its employees, thereby ensuring public satisfaction.

Through these initiatives, the Panchayat aims to continuously improve the overall well-being and quality of life of its residents and realise the vision of a "Clean, Waste-Free and Sustainable Puthuppally."

Mission (Quality Objectives)

• Prepare an annual implementation calendar for development projects and complete all projects within the prescribed timelines.
• Ensure that all services specified in the Citizen's Charter are delivered within the stipulated time limits and continuously improve the efficiency of service delivery.
• Achieve 100% collection of budgeted tax revenue before the end of each financial year and sustain this achievement consistently.
• Ensure maximum public satisfaction by providing services in a transparent, systematic, recommendation-free, and time-bound manner.
• Resolve and dispose of all public grievances within seven (7) days of receipt.
• Give priority to welfare pension applications and process them promptly within the prescribed time frame.
• Transform Puthuppally Grama Panchayat into a completely waste-free Panchayat through the "Ente Sundara Gramam" (My Beautiful Village) initiative.
